Therefore, actively explore the application of Internet of Things technology in material supply management, explore the life cycle management of oilfield materials, and the dynamic management of the whole process is not only the need to strengthen the standardization of logistics operation of material resources, but also to realize the informationization of oilfield material management. need.
As the scale of oilfield real logistics continues to expand, the types and quantities of materials continue to increase, and the supply management of materials is more complicated and difficult. In recent years, the oilfield material management work has been gradually deepened. The specialized division of labor supply and process operation have promoted the internal supply chain from the demand planning report to the benign operation of material distribution to the production site; the oilfield warehousing and distribution standardization system is gradually improving; Shengli Oilfield's material supply management information system, bar code, GPS and other technologies have been partially applied. The application level of IoT technology in material procurement and supply has been gradually improved, and the basic conditions for realizing the whole process and life cycle management of oilfield materials have been achieved.
2 Current problems
Taking Sinopec Group's “four-oriented” construction as the standard, Shengli Oilfield's material supply system still has significant problems and shortcomings, mainly reflected in the following aspects.
2.1 Oilfield material management coordination is not strong
The life cycle management of oilfield materials has not yet been formed, and the material circulation information lacks inheritance and sharing. The degree of software integration is not high and the synergy is not strong. Deep-level business integration and operational integration between existing systems are still very lacking. There is no unified standard for data exchange between systems, data transmission is not smooth, and information lacks inheritance and sharing.
2.2 Lack of strong support for management decisions
At present, the application of technology and information systems, due to the time lag of statistical data in various links, causes statistical data to be chaotic in time series, unable to perform systematic data analysis, and can not effectively provide accurate and reliable basis for management decisions.
2.3 insufficient attention to the application of new technologies in the Internet of Things
The supply of oilfield materials is rarely used in Internet of Things (IoT) and information technology applications such as radio frequency (RFID) technology, bar codes, and intelligent logistics. 3 RFID-based Shengli Oilfield Material Management
Shengli Oilfield Material System needs to focus on material life cycle management, and use IoT technology as a starting point. By constructing a powerful information platform, it can solve the existing problems and realize its own structural optimization.
3.1 Integration of oilfield material management
The construction of the platform will integrate oilfield materials from demand to consumption, recycling and asset management into a unified management scope, enabling cross-departmental, cross-industry and cross-regional applications.

The platform design starts from the production unit's demand for material demand formation plan, material supply department demand balance, plan formation, bidding, procurement, warehousing, distribution, until the cost center completes consumption. The materials that form the assets enter the asset management process until they are scrapped, and the recyclable materials enter the recycling process for reuse. 4 Design of the life cycle management platform for Shengli Oilfield Materials
4.1 Multi-system integration of material management platform

Based on the application of ERP system, the information system system for supplier management and material code management has been gradually realized, and the informationization of the main links of material supply management has been realized. 2 Based on the construction of the basic platform of the Internet of Things technology, the construction of the information application base platform for data collection and logistics operations has been gradually completed. Relying on this basic platform, the problem of logistics information sharing between departments was smoothed out, and the collaborative logistics operation was initially realized.
