1 Introduction

Material management and labor management are two important links in the site of electromechanical installation and construction, and are directly related to the construction quality, progress and safety of the project. Material management and labor management are also the more extensive links in construction site management. They are characterized by material waste, labor mobility, and construction quality and safety. To this end, we have introduced electronic tag technology to develop a management system for construction sites to control the management of materials and services in the process of electromechanical installation.

The management system adopts a unified database with multiple terminals. The data of the company's and project department's materials import and export, procurement, labor management and other data can be synchronized.

2 system introduction

The site management system hardware consists of servers, mobile smart handheld terminals, portable printers, and routers (Table 1). The mobile smart handheld terminal has a built-in operating system that is custom-developed based on the Android system. The operation interface includes operation modules for receiving, shipping, inventorying, reporting loss, installation, and personnel management. The information uploaded by the handheld terminal generates a material list on the server. The material member can check the inventory of the warehouse materials on the construction site by querying the server material list. The handheld terminal can upload the entered information to the server in real time through wireless WiFi, and if the wireless signal at the construction site is poor, the information can be temporarily stored in the memory of the handheld terminal. The portable printer is connected with a mobile smart handheld terminal via Bluetooth, and the bar code of the material to be printed is printed on the spot and pasted on the shelf.

3 Material Management

With the continuous development of modern society, the functional requirements of buildings have become higher and higher, the electromechanical systems of modern buildings have become more and more complex, and the types of electromechanical installation materials have become more and more, and the number is increasing. This is an electromechanical installation unit. Material management puts forward new requirements. In the past, during the electromechanical construction process, the material management was recorded manually. Every time the material was entered and exited, and the inventory of materials was manually counted, the time-consuming and laborious material management records were often more erroneous. We have combined electronic labeling technology with on-site material management to develop a construction site management system that enables the rapid entry and exit of materials at the construction site, the inventory functions, and the generation of material reports, realizing the dynamic and refined management of materials.

3.1 Material storage

In the construction site, an independent electromechanical material warehouse is established to conduct centralized and centralized management of on-site electromechanical installation materials. Material arrived at the construction site after Party A, supervision, material member acceptance of the quality of the qualified quantity before the storage, application site management system for material storage, access to the handheld terminal operating platform "receipt" module, operation interface. Material related information such as material name, material code, material specification, manufacturer, receipt quantity, material member, and delivery time are entered. To facilitate the rapid entry of materials, the material database is established in the background and the materials used for the project are used. Coding according to the specification, ie a material of a model number has a unique code. If it is the first new material, the corresponding material name specification can be selected when the material is entered. Enter the amount of material entering the field, check the printing under the field, print the material barcode on the spot by using a portable printer, and post the barcode on the site shelf. If the materials of the same specifications and models enter the site twice, you only need to use the handheld device terminal to scan the material barcode, enter the quantity of material entering the site, and click OK to complete the material storage. At the same time, using the handheld terminal's camera function to take pictures of the material, upload the material storage information to the server, and generate a material storage list at the server, so that the material can be quickly warehoused.

3.2 material library

According to the progress of the construction, site management personnel must transfer materials to the construction work team in advance so that the construction work team can prefabricate the materials in advance. Enter the handheld terminal material "shipping" module, "shipping" module interface. When transferring, just use the hand-held terminal to scan the barcode of the material to be transferred. The related information such as the inventory quantity of the material is called up. Then enter the amount of material to be transferred and the time of transfer. Click OK to complete the material transfer. The material transfer information is uploaded to the server, and the outbound inventory is generated on the server, and the material transfer quantity is automatically subtracted from the material inventory table. If you enter more than the amount of material transferred, the system will pop up a dialog box to indicate that there is insufficient inventory.

3.3 Material inventory

The inventory of materials is an important part of the construction site management. Only by making a clear inventory of materials, can the construction schedule be reasonably arranged and provide a basis for the plans for materials. Due to the multi-professional and multi-system construction of electromechanical installation, electromechanical materials are characterized by many types of materials, many types of materials, and large quantities. Traditional materials take time and labor and often result in data errors, missed discs, and inventory inaccuracies. Using this management system, you can learn material inventory by viewing the server material inventory table (Figure 3-4). In addition, the management system also provides the material inventory check function, which scans the bar code of the shelf through the hand-held terminal, and compares the inventory quantity with the inventory quantity to achieve inventory material check. In this way, inventory of warehouse materials can be quickly and accurately achieved by simply scanning the material barcode in the material warehouse.

4 Labor Management

As the construction of electromechanical systems becomes more and more complex, the installation of electromechanical and electrical installations also shows a trend of specialization. This has led to the installation of electromechanical installations at the peak of electromechanical installations, the complexity of workers' sources, and the greater mobility of workers, leading to the construction of workers. The technical level, safety construction awareness, and varying levels of proficiency in the operation of construction machinery pose challenges to construction quality and safety construction.

We have developed a labor management module within the system to record the basic information, training, safety and technical disclosure of mechanical and electrical installation workers, and to establish personal information files for the laborers entering the construction site. Workers have a unique electronic tag attached to the inside of the worker's safety helmet. If the project safety management personnel encounter irregularities or dangerous operations during the on-site inspection, first use the camera function of the mobile smart handheld terminal to take pictures, and then induct labor services. The worker's electronic label checks the laborer's file information and records the worker's illegal work. Then he uploads illegal work photos and illegal information to the server. The information is recorded in the labor worker's personal file and a rectification notice is generated and sent to the labor work team.
