1. Internet of Things technology
The concept of the Internet of Things was put forward in 1999. Different institutions and experts at home and abroad have different definitions of the Internet of Things. The Internet of Things has six core application technologies. 2. Application of Internet of Things technology in warehousing logistics
The Internet of Things (IoT) is an intelligent network system that realizes intelligent identification, location, tracking, monitoring and management through various types of information sensing devices, according to the agreed protocol, and through the network connection of goods interconnection and exchange, and information exchange and communication.
The Internet of Things has three layers of architecture: the awareness layer, the network layer, and the application layer. According to this IoT architecture, the Internet of Things mainly includes three major technical systems: one is the sensing technology system, the other is the communication and network technology system, and the third is the intelligent technology system.
In the intelligent warehousing, in order to realize the sensing, positioning, identification, measurement, sorting and monitoring of the warehousing goods, sensing technologies such as sensors, RFID, barcode, laser, infrared, Bluetooth, voice and video surveillance are mainly used.
In the logistics center information system with warehousing as the core, the network technology directly connected to the internal LAN of the enterprise is basically adopted, and the interface with the wireless network and the Internet is reserved, and in the place where the wiring is not convenient, the wireless local area network technology is generally adopted. Modern warehouse systems not only have complex items, different performances, but also complex operating procedures, both sorting and combination, both storage and movement.
Therefore, intelligent logistics centers with warehousing as the core often use intelligent technologies such as automatic control technology, intelligent information management technology, intelligent robotic stacking technology, data mining technology, and mobile computing technology.
At present, in the development of China's warehousing and logistics, regional and industry segmentation, repeated construction, mutual closure, manual operations, and loose management are severely reducing the ability of warehousing, affecting the efficiency of warehousing, and also in warehousing. The lack of safety and reliability in logistics management not only causes great losses to the enterprise, but also increases the cost of warehouse management. Most of these phenomena are caused by some reasons such as untimely or error in information acquisition, inefficient warehousing operations, and backward decision-making and control. To change these situations, some advanced technical equipment must be used in warehousing logistics management.
The biggest trend of modern logistics is network and intelligence. Therefore, the application of intelligent warehousing network and transmission technology in warehousing management is very important. Information transmission from logistics centers and stores and distribution points often relies on Internet technology.
Since 2010, wireless LAN-based technologies have also been applied in the warehousing IoT system. Colleagues, sensory technology and intelligent warehousing operations and management technology are also widely used in warehousing management. In the selection of data, video surveillance, part of the logistics system and enterprise production management system seamlessly combined, intelligent operation and other aspects have achieved good results.
