RFID-based Vehicle Access Management System

- Nov 23, 2018-

The RFID vehicle inventory management system assigns a unique identity ID to each vehicle through the uniqueness of the RFID electronic tag, and then establishes a database to associate the name, model number, and arrival time of each vehicle with the corresponding ID number. Stored in the database. 50 stores in a company can view or enter the RFID tag number of the vehicle in the company's permission system platform, and you can directly query or enter the detailed information of the vehicle.

First, the system overview

This program uses a set of facilities such as radio frequency electronic tags and UHF industrial data collector plus management software. When each vehicle enters the store, the electronic tag is read and encoded, entered into a database for archival backup, and then placed in the vehicle. When the vehicle enters the store, it uses the system for all-round management, including entering the store, leaving the store, inquiring, inventory, and so on.

For example, some of the functions are realized. When the vehicle enters the store and the handheld industrial data collector reads the code, each vehicle information is entered. After the information is backed up, the manager uses the industrial handheld data collector to read the label in the vehicle. Name, model, time of arrival, quantity, etc. of the car.

System technical features:

An electronic tag with a unique ID is attached to each vehicle to ensure normal use in various environments. UHF industrial data collector is used to read the ID, complete the electronic tag information entry and query, and effectively play the role of vehicle management.

The company has an ultra-high-frequency industrial data collector for each of the 50 stores. As long as it can pass through the reading range, it can quickly identify the name, model, time and quantity of the vehicle, and greatly reduce the labor inventory. Time has improved the efficiency and accuracy of the store.

Second, the software system introduction

RFID vehicle inventory management system

The RFID handheld terminal software system directly interfaces with the total server data, and does not need to pass other transit servers to truly realize real-time data transmission. The RFID handheld terminal software function module:

1) Vehicle storage: record the information such as the name, model, and storage time of the vehicle; when the vehicle is in storage, the person in charge of the warehouse management office scans the information of the vehicle and the time of entering the electronic label, and then follows the information. The specification attaches the electronic label to the designated location of the vehicle. At the same time, vehicle related information will enter the background CRM system. The CRM system can display vehicle information and inventory information in various branches and headquarters in real time.

2) Vehicle inventory: record the vehicle inventory name, model, inventory time and other information; vehicle inventory personnel hold the handheld, start the inventory software, patrol in each branch that needs to be counted, and automatically complete the asset inventory after the patrol is completed.

3) Vehicle out of the warehouse: record the information such as the name, model, and delivery time of the vehicle; when the vehicle is out of the warehouse, the person in charge of the warehouse management office opens the document on the handset, scans the electronic label on the vehicle and enters the vehicle. Library information, and then synchronize vehicle related information to the backend CRM system. The CRM system can clear the vehicle outbound status and inventory information of each branch in real time.
