Substation Fixed Asset Management Plan Based On RFID Electronic Tag

System plan introduction

With the widespread use of RFID IoT application technology, the system uses 2.45G active RFID technology to apply to substation fixed asset management. The system consists of the following parts:

First, the fixed asset information is associated with the 2.45G RFID active electronic tag in the system, and the electronic tag is installed on the fixed assets;

Install RFID wireless monitoring network in the substation room (install a 2.45G receiving expander (CMC195) every 10 meters), monitor the fixed assets in real time, and send the information to the system data center through the 2.45G reader (CMC191). Real-time accurate inventory of on-site fixed asset status and location information;

When an asset tag that is not authorized to move is detected, the system processes the alarm, and the alarm mode supports the alarm light, email or mobile phone text message.

Personnel use the 2.45G handheld device (CMC168) to take inventory of fixed assets on site.

System workflow

Install the 2.45G RFID active electronic tag on the fixed assets of the substation;

Install a 2.45G receiver expander (CMC195) every 10 meters in the substation room to form a detection network, monitor the fixed assets of the substation in real time, and transmit the information to the database;

When an asset tag that is not authorized to move is detected, the system processes the alarm, and the alarm mode supports the alarm light, email or mobile phone text message.
