Basically, except for a few grades such as the super tough series, the UL94 flammability of various grades of PPS is V-0 grade, which is the best grade in UL 94 flammability. The Super Tough Series PPS contains some toughening agents that sacrifice some of the flame resistance.

Pure PPS and PPS grades without added conductive materials have excellent electrical insulation properties. The PPS grade of carbon fiber added has a relatively low volume resistivity.
